Reformation 500: Women of the Reformation (Belfair, WA)

Save the Date!  On July 22-23, we will be hosting a special weekend with Professor Joy Schroeder from Trinity Lutheran Seminary/Capital University in Columbus, OH. On Saturday morning, July 22,she will offer a presentation on Women of the Reformation. On Sunday morning, July 23, she will preach and will be available for conversation after worship.  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend!

About our Presenter: The Rev. Dr. Joy Schroeder is Professor of Church History at Trinity Lutheran Seminary and Professor of Religion at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She holds the Bergener Chair in Theology and Religion at both institutions. Her books include Deborah’s Daughters: Gender Politics and Biblical Interpretation (Oxford University Press). She is the author of numerous articles on the topic of women in Christian history.
