20th anniversary of full communion of Formula Agreement Churches

In 2017, the ELCA celebrates 20 years of full communion partnership with three Reformed churches in the U.S.: the Presbyterian Church USA, the Reformed Church in America and the United Church of Christ. This anniversary was marked by a worship service at the United Church of Christ offices in Cleveland attended by the heads of communion, ecumenical officers, ministry staff, local judicatory leaders and members of these four churches. Bishop Eaton preached.
