Trinity Lutheran and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic churches will sponsor a series of worship services in the spirit of the Commemoration of the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation beginning this month.
Trinity Lutheran Church, 106 N. DeLeon St., will host the first joint worship at 6 p.m. Sunday, according to a news release.
The second worship will be hosted by Our Lady of Lourdes, 105 N. William St., at 6 p.m. Aug. 13.
These services are promoting opportunities to advance faith communities toward the unity for which Christ Himself prayed.
